Material: BAMBOO RAYON 100%
*Model height 167cm / Wearing size 0

A sleeveless top made from rayon regenerated from fast-growing bamboo. Compared to wood-derived sources, the material reduces environmental impact while retaining the smooth drape characteristic of rayon and a soft, silk-like feel against the skin.

Highly absorbent and comfortable to wear, the fabric is finished as a smooth jersey with balanced weight, making it suitable both as an underlayer and worn on its own. The neckline opens gently toward the shoulders, creating a clean, flattering line around the neck.

TRACEABILITY

Fabric :Shinnaigai Textile Ltd.

Bamboo rayon is used in place of conventional rayon, which is typically made from wood pulp.

Bamboo grows extremely quickly and requires little in the way of pesticides or fertilizers. At the same time, uncontrolled growth can affect surrounding forests and ecosystems, making regular harvesting necessary. As bamboo is difficult to utilize as timber, much of what is cut can otherwise go to waste.

This material makes use of bamboo that can be difficult to repurpose, transforming it into rayon. Rather than simply reusing an available resource, the process gives the material a new purpose and value.

Dyeing :Tsuyakin

Dyeing and finishing are carried out by Tsuyakin, a GOTS-certified facility.

The dyeing and finishing process requires significant amounts of water, energy, and chemicals. As each material requires different temperatures, pH levels, dyes, and processing times, working with a wide range of modern textiles demands a high level of technical control.

Recognizing the environmental impact of dyeing, Tsuyakin places particular importance on energy conservation and wastewater treatment as part of its responsibility as a manufacturer.

Rather than prioritizing efficiency alone, the company continues to produce fabric with careful consideration for both the material and its environmental impact.

Sewing :AXE CORPORATION

Sewing is handled by AXE CORPORATION, a domestic manufacturer of cut-and-sewn garments. They have experience producing for both domestic and international high-end brands and specialize in delicate and beautiful stitchwork. In particular, they have worked on many items where comfort is paramount, such as innerwear and lingerie that come into direct contact with the skin. Innerwear is an item where even slight differences in seam allowance or tension can significantly impact comfort. Based on years of cultivated expertise, this factory carefully finishes each garment, paying close attention to factors such as skin feel and stress during wear.
